Ritual, by Jonathon Poliszuk, uses a single sheet book structure as a freestanding paper sculpture, which can be displayed on a table, desk, bookshelf, etc. It can be folded to display either side. 

One side shows a cityscape, the other the interiors of the buildings where a plant is grown, harvested, and processed. It becomes the focus of a ritual practiced by the citizens. The rite is possibly religious, but could also be a form of recreation or governmental control.
